In the very unlikely event that that you receive your product with a fault, then we will be pleased to provide a replacement or refund (faulty part only) to you. Buyer is responsible for ensuring that parts ordered fit their specific tap type, by consulting the appropriate Compatibility Matrix / Tap End Connector Guide. OurLivesOutdoors will not replace/refund mis-fitting parts.
We ship to the UK only. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email to notify you of successful payment and therefore your order is confirmed. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days, if not sooner. We use a courier to deliver our products safe and secure to you within 2-3 working days of dispatch.
This is backed by an online tracking service where you can follow your parcel using the tracking code that we provide to you via an email notification when your purchase is dispatched.
Terms & Conditions
The customer is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the product, to ensure it's continual good working order. This includes:
Frost Protection - Always drain off the complete system and leave any components in the "open" state, to allow further drain-off of any excess water.
Never leave the system unattended with the tap water flow engaged, or leave the tap water flow engaged whilst the system is not in current active use.
This may result in damage to the system and/or the water supply used.
